Co-founder Jamie Tugby is a qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and holds Level 3 Counselling Skills in Theory. As the lead for service delivery, Jamie is the main face of REACH Support Services Ltd, working directly with children and young people to provide trauma-informed support and coaching. His expertise in education and emotional wellbeing is central to the company’s mission

Michaela is the co-founder of REACH Support Services Ltd, overseeing administration, coordination, and the development of company policies and service designs. As an Assistant Head Teacher and SENCO, she brings valuable expertise in special educational needs, ensuring that REACH’s services are tailored to meet diverse learner needs while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
